Manchester United wonder-kid, Marcus Rashford has given manager, Jose Mourinho some puzzle to fix after his stunning hat-trick in the England U21 6-1 win against Norway U21.

It is recalled that Rashford burst to limelight has been highlighted by scoring top points in the big games, first against Arsenal, scoring two goals and providing the assist in the 3-2 win at Old Trafford and then scoring the only goal in the Manchester derby at the Etihad, which was Manchester United’s first away victory over Citeh since 2012. Rashford has always savoured the big games and this weekend fixtures against the City rivals just look about the kind of game Marcus Rashford is coveting.

Jose Mourinho

His chances of starting are, however, slim considering the towering presence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic whose proven record upfront is evident by the 100% goal per game ratio for United. But Jose Mourinho could opt to play both Strikers in what seem to be a clash of managers more than the already popular derby of Manchester.

If this happens, we could be watching the potential derby forwards of the near future if Pep Guardiola opts to start Nigerian sensation at the moment, Kelechi Iheanacho in place of Sergio Kun Aguero who has been suspended for three games for an apparent elbow against Westham defender Winston Reid.

If Marcus Rashford’s knock on Jose’s door isn’t yet at its loudest, a couple more strikes from the bench (he scored a late winner from the bench against Hull City in Manchester united’s third premier league game of the season) could well be needed to grab his attention.
